here are something about Professor Putricide
abilities' detail:

the player changed will aoe people near him
1st ability is to drink green water on the ground
give 4 energy
2nd is used when energy is 50
I am not sure if this used on boss, or:
Volatile Ooze(green slime)
this add will link to a random player and move to him, when reached, deal damage to all people , total 170000(25 man)
works like Ulduar's boss, Auriya's sonic wave
if one is hit, then he takes 170k and die
if 10 is hit, then 10 takes 17k and alive
after add reaches to one and exploded, it will pick another to link and move, so need to be killed
if Mutated Abomination's slow ability can be used on this add, it maybe possible to kill it before it hit people

it seems brown slime chase random people and put debuff 10 stacks on target, so people be chased need to kite it

this maybe Malleable Goo
because people hitted(which is a priest hp down to less than 50%)

professer has 3 phase
80% enter p2, 35% enter p3
each phase switching, boss will stun all people
be sure to kill slime before phase switching
in 10 man , set up will likely to be 1 tank, 2 heals, 7 dps
p1 only pop slime and green water in random people
and from some info by Exodus, 1st, 3rd, 5th will be green
2nd, 4th, 6th will be brown
p2 professer gain chocking gas bomb(orange potion) and maleable goo
chocking gas bom is like oragne potion, away from it
maleable goo is like gree bowling ball and move from it
it target range first, but if less than 3 out of range, he will target melee
p3
player who changed into abomination will be forced to become back, and no one can change after enter p3
add stops to pop, boss gain buff from time to time
this is much like firefighter, but no way to remove green water in p3
pop all cd skill and bloodlust this phase

Abo操作のコツ(10man)
・Ooze(緑、オレンジ)共にSlow(50energy)を入れる必要があるが、タイミングが悪いと、変な動作ののち、Slowが切れ、2回目のSlowを入れられないままWipeすることがある(気がする)。動き出した瞬間にSlowを入れる。
・動き出すまでは、DPSのボタン(1だっけ?)を連打。Armorを下げるDebuffが最大5までつくので、余裕がある限り。
・Poolの早期発見、早期移動がとても重要。しかしPoolのないときはBossを殴るとかなりDPSの手助けになる。
・Poolは中央から遠いものから処理する。中央付近のものは、Oozeを待ちながら処理できる。
・Poolの中央で吸うこと。端っこだと吸えない場合がある。
・たまにHealをもらう必要があるので気にしておく。
・近くにメンバがいるとAoEダメージを与えるが、3Healer構成なら気にするほどではなく、Boss DPSやOoze DPSするべき。
・2個のPoolがとても近い場合、1個しかPoolが出ない場合、フェーズの切り替え(1→2)でTimerがリセットされた場合は、Energy管理が必要になるケースがある。つまり、最速でPoolを消してしまうとEnergyが足りない場合があるので、気をつけておく(そして難しい)。特にフェーズの切り替わりはトラブルが発生しやすいので、フェーズ切り替えのタイミングをできるだけ毎Try同じにしたい。

hello, some info/report for council
hope these helps
some mistakes I made in blood council:
Kinetic Bomb
need "directly" damage(frost bolt, fireball, auto shot) to make it fly up so won't drop and make huge aoe
dot/channel didn't work
(dot is what I used, serpent sting didn't make it fly up)
channel spell is from forum, a spri said mind flay not working
Conjure Flame
this works like a missle which will aoe
(like saurfang's blood nova)
but it moves a little slower so the target people if see it coming, can run a little far from group to make hit position affect less people
Empowered Conjure Flame
working like this boss used in old kingdom
but the orb hit other people (before reach target) will make orb smaller, which cause less damage
if too near or no one is hit before orb reach target
it explosion hit about 30k, kill target and people near him
info about tanking empowered shadow bolt:
bahamut use one dk tank to grab Dark Nucleus
Dark Nucleus makes nearest people to be buffed so won't be one shotted by empowered shadow bolt

・1回目と2回目のBiteはできるだけ遅らせ、ギリギリで使う。3回目のBiteのタイミング調整の為。多分5Yard Range。
・Biteを食らった人のThreat発生はストップするので、DPS→Tank→Healerの順番でBite対象にするのが良い。
・BLはBiteが8人になったら使う。
・誰が誰にBiteするか、どの場所でBiteするかボイスチャットでの臨機応変な対応が大事。

detail to counter the hard point I will list boss by boss
Marrowgar -> 50% more damage and health(around there), spikes have 104k health, he spikes during bone storms, bone storm does 5k+ damage, flames deal more damage, last longer and are pretty rampant.
Deathwhisper -> double health, much faster add spawn rate and increased health, untauntable, mind controls 1 person, casts death and decay in p1 as well, a single add spawns behind you in p2.
Gunship -> mortars push you back if it hits, muradin does double damage.
Saurfang -> 9k+ auto attacks at 0 RP, 12.6m hp, blood beasts have 150k health, aoe 80% snare shortly after beasts spawns, increased nova/boil damage, 20% heal if the fallen champion dies, rune of blood gives like 5+ rp so taunt quick.
Festergut -> 13.4m health, putricide throws malleable goo every 30 seconds or so, a big increase in attack power.
Rotface -> 30% or so more health, hits for 17k+, the disease is -75% healing, putricide throws a red gas cloud at a random member every now and then, it prevents movement, does damage and reduces hit rate by 75% over 5 seconds.
Council -> 50% more hp, both princes hit 20k on 43k armor, kinetic bombs do 18k damage to the raid,empowered flame orbs take a bit longer to be non-lethal, you take a shadow damage debuff that increases if you move(doesn't apply damage the moment you stop).
Queen lanathel -> 18-19m health, her aura does 5% more damage per vampire, that's about it.
Valithria -> She loses health at a very fast rate, add health and attack is greatly increased, add spawn rate is greatly increased, the exploding zombies move faster than you, the frostbolt volley also reduces the raid's mana by 2000 if it hits, the orbs also damage the healer. The healers claim there are more orbs and you move faster in the phased zone.
All from experience.

Put -> more hp and attack in general, you get a dot that does increased damage over time that you have to pass to other members, you get a stacking +250% taken debuff from said disease that is also passable. Phase change does not stun, instead putricide pauses for 35 seconds while 2 slimes spawn.
Sindragosa -> more hp and attack, ice beacons in phase 1, the arcane debuff now explodes in an aoe.

p2, all people hit by fire + bone storm
this may made people died very fast
the mean while bone spiked casted is more troublesome
how to deal it with increased damage?
we devided raid into 4 groups in p2:
mt:northeast of room
st:northwest of room
group1(4 people):southeast of room
group2(4 people):southwest of room
east group and west group from each other at least 40 yd away
group 1 and 2 both need 1 range dps and 1 hybrid dps(who can off heal)
now what should we do in p2 is to survive
if mt get bone spike, only group 1 range help him
others stay, group 1 healer heal him too
same to do with st get spiked, g2 help him
this is easier case, beacuse even get spiked+ storm on mt/st
they won't die easily
now talk about hard part of spike and storm on g1 or g2
in this case, pop your cd or reduce aoe damage skill
when you hp is low and storm hit your group
ex:rogue with fient, druid with barkskin, hunter with detterence
another group's healer and range dps should go nearer and help too, but after spiked is down, back to where you were
pal can pop sacrafice if your group is hitted and use hand of protection on your self too (or even divine shield)
uncomfirmed:
pal's hand of protection not sure if usable on spiked people

main change about this boss:
1.phase change won't stun, but 2 add popped
2.unbound plague (a very special debuff)
set up is 2 tank 2 healer 6 dps
1. 2 slime add
people kill green first then kite another
in 10 men, most member can kill fast enough
and have more time than normal to free hit boss
be sure to stop at 83%/38% or 3 add will become a surely wipe
2. unbound plague
this debuff is very special and need to be deal with carefully
this is how this debuff working:
total duration = 60 sec per cast
boss cast every 1 minute on fighting, but not cast when phase change
divine shield/ice block can't remove it
but prevent damage
when you "stack" with another people, it will jump to the one you stack, but time will be shorter, you gain debuff called "Plague Sickness" , which +250% damage from unbound plague,this debuff can stacks

unbound plague ticks harder and harder, and damage every sec
like:
250>400>650>1000>1450>
2000>2650>3400>4250>5200>
6150>7200>8350>9500>10750
but if it spread to another people , it ticks back from 250
example:
player A get unbound plague, 60 sec
when he waits 10 sec, damage is 5200, goes stack with player B
then:
player A get debuff Plague Sickness
player B get debuff unbound plague, 50 sec
after 10 secs, player go stacks with people:
if he stacks with player A:
player A get debuff Plague Sickness AND unbound plague
unbound plague last for 40 sec
damage for next 6 sec;
250%*(250>400>650>1000>1450>2000)
= 625>1000>1625>2500>3625>5000
and this time he stacks back to player B
player B will get debuff Plague Sickness AND unbound plague
unbound plague last for 34 sec
player A get debuff Plague Sickness 2 stacks
this is very bad situation
so the right case to do it is:
player B stacks with player C, who doesn't have Plague Sickness debuff, hold 10 sec, then give to player D
plague sickness last 1 min
so if A>B>C>D>E>F>G>A, damage is ok to be healed
(ususally end in F, because unbound plague has only 60 sec, but sometimes unclucky will cause profeser cast debuff on A~F when they still has debuff)
so 2 key points for this hard part:
a. don't stacks with each other, just stack one on one by order
b. when you pass unbound plague to another, pick no debuff one, and hold about 10 sec if you don't have plague sickness
main change about this boss:
1.phase change won't stun, but 2 add popped
2.unbound plague (a very special debuff)
set up is 2 tank 2 healer 6 dps
1. 2 slime add
people kill green first then kite another
in 10 men, most member can kill fast enough
and have more time than normal to free hit boss
be sure to stop at 83%/38% or 3 add will become a surely wipe
2. unbound plague
this debuff is very special and need to be deal with carefully
this is how this debuff working:
total duration = 60 sec per cast
boss cast every 1 minute on fighting, but not cast when phase change
divine shield/ice block can't remove it
but prevent damage
when you "stack" with another people, it will jump to the one you stack, but time will be shorter, you gain debuff called "Plague Sickness" , which +250% damage from unbound plague,this debuff can stacks

unbound plague ticks harder and harder, and damage every sec
like:
250>400>650>1000>1450>
2000>2650>3400>4250>5200>
6150>7200>8350>9500>10750
but if it spread to another people , it ticks back from 250
example:
player A get unbound plague, 60 sec
when he waits 10 sec, damage is 5200, goes stack with player B
then:
player A get debuff Plague Sickness
player B get debuff unbound plague, 50 sec
after 10 secs, player go stacks with people:
if he stacks with player A:
player A get debuff Plague Sickness AND unbound plague
unbound plague last for 40 sec
damage for next 6 sec;
250%*(250>400>650>1000>1450>2000)
= 625>1000>1625>2500>3625>5000
and this time he stacks back to player B
player B will get debuff Plague Sickness AND unbound plague
unbound plague last for 34 sec
player A get debuff Plague Sickness 2 stacks
this is very bad situation
so the right case to do it is:
player B stacks with player C, who doesn't have Plague Sickness debuff, hold 10 sec, then give to player D
plague sickness last 1 min
so if A>B>C>D>E>F>G>A, damage is ok to be healed

vs LK25
後半DPSが足りない可能性はあるけど、とりあえず3Tankでやってみる予定。
1Warを予備Tankとする。
Val'kyr(ABC)が降りてきたら、
4.0sec stun (1) ABC ot(war)Shockwarve
3.0sec stun (2) A=ret pal(Hammer of Justice)、B=rog stun(Kidney Shot)、C=rog stun(Kidney Shot)/vantha stun
1.0sec stun (3) ABC ret pal Holy Wrath
の順番でやる。
最初に6秒stunを持ってきた方が良いのだけど、3体のうち1体ターゲットをする作業を考えると難易度が高そう。
間違えるとDRが発生して面倒くさいことになる。
全体Stunで余裕が出来てからターゲットする方針。
なお、ChargeはDRに関係ないので、War Tankは3回のStun後にCharge。
InterceptはDR影響あるのでダメ。
3人目のWar Tankは、SafeguardのTalentも取る。
Threatを10%下げちゃうけど、30% damage cut 6秒/30秒CDは大きい。
Val'kyr戦Tips
・Val'kyrは空に3体出現後、1体ずつ、1秒間隔(おおよそ)で降りてきて、移動を開始する。
・Val'kyrを削るのにもっとも有効な時間は3体降下直後。巻き込み系DPSが強い。
・HunterのTrapは事前にLKを使って発動させておく。
補足Stun DR
WoWのGame Ruleとして、Diminishing Returns(DR)というのがあって、
同カテゴリのスキルが1人の敵/プレイヤーに連続して入らない。
Val'kyr戦の場合に注意しないといけないのが、Stunのカテゴリ。
1回目Stun = 100%効果時間
2回目Stun = 50%効果時間
3回目Stun = 25%効果時間
4回目Stun = Immune(無効)

P1.0 Dps
P1.5でGhoulの数を減らして、キャッチを簡単に。
LKのHealthが減ってきたら(72-75%)、LKについているGhoulのHealthを削る。
P1.5に入る直前にGhoulが出現した場合はToTで、OT(poppo)にThreatをつける。
P1.5 Dps
Ice Sphere(Ice Orb): Magesメインで処理。SupportはLock、Shaman。
Raging SpiritはThreat Tableを持っているけれど、一番近くの人を殴ってから、
Heal Threatを稼いでいるHealerを殴っているように見える。
TankがTauntを入れる余裕は少ないので、DPSで対応をHelpする。
P1.5に入ったら、DPSとHealerは、Map中央よりのTank Spotをあける(崖の方に移動)。
Raging Spiritが出現する度に、Tankから離れる。
また、Raging SpiritのTargetとなっているプレイヤーから離れる。
RogはToTをTank(torage)に入れて、Raging Spirit出現にあわせてAoE。
HuntはMDを入れて、Trapを適当に置いて、AoE or Target Attack(/tar Macroを使って瞬間にTarget)。
HealerとRanged DPSはもっと横に広がる。LK-OT(Raging Sprit)を結ぶ線の直線上に立たない。
P2.5でもそうだけど、melee/rangedで全員で同じポイントに集合してから、散開しているので、
フェーズ切り替わりでRaid Damegeがかなり大きくなっている。
P2
Soul Reaper: 30sec CD、発動から5秒間 +100% Attack Speed、発動から5秒後に60K Shadow Damage(Resist可)
1)poppoがLKをTank
2)Soul Reaperが発動したら、saboneがdamage軽減skill+taunt
3)Soul Reaperの発動から5秒経過後、poppoがShadow Damageから回復したら、taunt
Druのdamage軽減skillはBarkskin(20%cut)とEnrage(12%cut)を交互に(上の流れはP3も同じ)。
2)のTaunt+Damage軽減Skillを使う速度は大事。
Movieを見た感じ、P2序盤でLK Tankが落ちた原因の50%は
Raging Spiritの前方AoEにLK Tankも当たっているせいの模様。
torage:
RespecしてSafe Guardを取得。Soul Reaperにあわせて、できるだけ、saboneにSafe Guardを発動させる。
ただし、Val'kyrのStunが最優先
LKのHealthが45%になり、Defileを回避した後は、全員がマップの端に移動する。
Val'kyrがくるが、Val'kyrにキャッチされても、40%まで削れば地面が広がるので、Val'Kyrを無視できる。
P2.5
Blood Lustを使う。後はP1.5と同じ。
P3.0
P3開始時、HealerとRanged DPSは極力広がる。HealerはTankが移動することを考えて、マップ中央側へゆっくりと移動しつつ、HealをKeep。
Raging Spiritはややマップ中央側で、マップの内側に向けてTankする。
LKとRaging Spiritを離すことで、DPSは落ちるが、事故死は減るはず。
Vile Spritsが出たら、OTはRaging Spiritを連れて移動。MT(Poppo)も続いて移動を開始。
P3はInfestがないので、Raid Healerは、Harvest SoulのTargetへのHealと、Vile Spritsの爆発ダメージへのHealに注力する。
Harvest SoulのTargetへのHealはかなり厳しいので、きっちりDirect Healが必要。
もしも、HealerがHarvest Soulの対象になった場合は、Ret PalがSacrifaceを使って、Healを助ける。
また、Healer -1なので、どこかにHealにしわ寄せがくるので、その対応も必要。
Harvest Soulを受けた人は、別Roomへ移動する。その対応は各自で調べるか個別にきくこと。
失敗すると、LKが+10%buffを受けるので厳しい。

I think there is a tactics used by 神樣-WrathBringer-TW
They even use mage to "iceblock" to let spirit hit mage to make group safe, so below is how spirit working
boss/raid-----------mage---------vile spirit
they put mage in the line of spirit moving direction
knowing this, we will make it easier
